Nordea Foundation

The DKK 2 million support of Nordea-fonden ensured that the Border Path project was realized in a format that is very close to the original idea and presentation.

Nordea-fonden especially wants to support the dissemination of the stories about the former Danish-German border.

The foundation hopes that the border path will inspire more people to go out into the open and at the same time learn a more about an important piece of Danish history.

The new path will also be a valuable part of the overall network of recreational paths in Southwest Jutland and Nordea-fonden sees the potential for the path to contribute to the good life in our area.
